Community & privacy

Samryetha is a student community for discussions, learning resources and collaboration. Registration does not require an email address or phone number. Applications currently require administrator approval.

Community guidelines

Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, spam, impersonate others, share private information without permission, or upload content you have no right to share.

Use the report action on discussions, replies or profiles to alert administrators. A report hides that content for you while it is reviewed. Administrators may remove content or suspend accounts. Direct-message recipients can turn off messages in Settings → Privacy; report the sender through their profile and include relevant context.

Privacy notice

We store account identifiers, password hashes, optional recovery email, hashed recovery credentials, profiles, content and uploads, follows, notifications and messages. Sessions record expiry, IP address and browser information for authentication and security. If you use an identity provider, its verified identity and configured account claims are used to sign you in.

Public boards and public profiles can be read by visitors. Restricted boards use membership rules. Messages are available to conversation participants through the application. Operators maintain the database and backups; messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Reports and moderation records are restricted to authorized administrators. Never post passwords or Recovery Keys.

Account deletion is handled by administrators. Deactivation revokes access; deletion anonymizes account fields while existing content and references may remain. Backups and operational logs may retain historical data according to the operator’s retention policy. Contact the site administrator for access, correction or deletion requests; do not include passwords or recovery credentials.

Help & feedback

Use reports for safety issues and contact a site administrator for account or privacy requests. The existing Feedback area is available to members of assigned feedback projects. Public bug reports must not include private content or security exploit details.

Project issue tracker

Email is optional. If you lose your password, key and access to your recovery mailbox, we cannot restore access based on a username or ownership claim.
